Changes

International Use and Choice of Law

A Tech Thing, Inc., is committed to resolve a purchase problem quickly. It is important to abide by the terms and conditions for returning merchandise purchased from A Tech Thing, Inc. Please note not all items are covered by our return policy. We strongly recommend that you read the complete return policy before making a purchase. Please read the following Return Policy.


Return Policy

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without an RMA. RMA must be requested within 10 days of the original invoice date. All RMA returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.

Reasons for Return:
 
Items received in damaged condition must be reported within 72 hours by contacting A Tech Thing, Inc. and shipping courier (FedEx/UPS). Thereafter, all sales are final.  All box and packaging for damaged goods must be retained for inspection by shipping courier.

Product received was not the product ordered. RMA issued. Choice of product replacement or complete refund (includes refund of freight charges).
Product is opened and you do not wish to keep the product. All open box returns must be coordinated with the Original Equipment Manufacturer. A restocking fee may apply.

Inoperable Merchandise

If an item is received in INOPERABLE CONDITION we will assist in coordinating a replacement by the manufacturer.

Software

Opened software will not be accepted for return.

Sale Products

Returns on Sale products are accepted within 10 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for a sale return to be accepted and processed, in accordance with our return policy.

Exceptions to Return Policy

To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that all warranties are with manufacturers only. Manufacturers require that they directly handle their damaged or defective products. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy (RMA) must be coordinated with A Tech Thing, Inc. in advance.

Product specific problems covered under the manufacturer warranty, please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer. See manufacturer's web site for support and warranty information. All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to that manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Discontinued/Clearance Products

At times, A Tech Thing, Inc. offers special priced discontinued/clearance products. These products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective. (See guidelines above for handling of damaged or defective products)

Requesting A Product Return Authorization (RMA)

You can choose any of these convenient methods:
1. If you have an Account, click on 'RMA Request' from the 'View Orders' page. A list of your purchases made over the last 30 days will be displayed from which you can easily select the item(s) you'd wish to return.
2. No Account? Log In/Password/Registration is Required. Please fill out the 'RMA Request Form', linked under 'View Orders' page.


After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number please do the following:

• Create a label. Label should be large, legible, and on the top of the box
• Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.

Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within five business days of A Tech Thing, Inc. receiving and approving your return. While most refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account appearing on the original invoice, in certain instances, checks may be issued. In some cases shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution has it's own policies, and in some cases may take up to 10 days from the date we issue the credit to post the transaction to your account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive and approve your return.

Product Replacement

When exchanging a product, you will be sent a replacement product and a new tracking number once A Tech Thing, Inc. receives, approves and processes the returned product.
